Charles Nes has been a private dealer of vintage historical and contemporary fine art photography since 1994. From 1976 to 1993 he worked as an architectural, interior, portrait and fashion photographer in Europe and the United States. His work has been published in international magazines and periodicals that include Vogue Décoration, Maison et Jardin, The New York Times, Architectural Digest, and Domus.
The Vintage Photographs section is viewable by photographer or by subject. These images will change periodically, and updates will be announced via e-mail.
Contemporary Artists are represented separately. Five internationally acclaimed and widely exhibited photographers have work shown in this section.

Felix Bonfils: 100 photographs:
Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Jerusalem and Egypt.
This section is geographically oriented to take the viewer through Bonfils' images by location. This exhibition was shown in New York in the spring of 2003.
"Oui, Mon Père." A rural priest's photographs of children circa 1950.
This exhibition was shown in New York in the fall of 2003.
Both exhibitions were widely viewed by the public and garnered critical acclaim in the press (see New York Times articles under Exhibitions).
